I thought it would be a lot easier to keep fat levels in check while doing cardio workouts during mass. Take regular walks and do high-intensity interval training (HIIT) twice during the seven days. I do HIIT and find that in addition to its incredible wellbeing, it encourages me. My technique is on a treadmill. 1: 25 minutes run/run, divided into short rooms (3 minutes run, 3 minutes run, 3 minutes run, and so on)
At the point where you do high reps during strength training (range 8-12 reps), your body is producing high amounts of IGF-1, HGH, and testosterone ... all of these chemicals are amazing for building and losing muscle fat.
